Bob Buller and Danny Zacharias have a catalog-in-progress of the many books from the history of biblical studies and cognate disciplines that are now freely available on line from sites such as Google-Books. To access their web-page, which is an ongoing project, click here. I was amazed to see that the huge list includes well-known works by such names as S. R. Driver, J. G. Eichhorn, W. Robertson Smith, W. Gesenius, and even W. Vatke! Check it out when you get a chance.
