Frymer-Kensky, 1943-2006

This sad news just in about the death of Tikva Frymer-Kensky, a well-known professor of Hebrew Bible. She is a fellow Yalie, but I did not meet her personally until the mid 90s when she was a finalist for a teaching position at Union Theological Seminary in the City of New York where I was on the faculty at the time.
