SBL 2006 November, Washington, DC

A question today from Prof. Cathey about any places I'm on the program at SBL etc. this fall prompted me to check the SBL site, and, indeed, this fall's program book is up and ready on the site. To access a pdf file of the program, click here.

I would very much like a copy of your paper on Holiness versus Reverence if you give papers out. I can wait until the confrence. However, this topic really is one I am interested in.

Jo, Thanks for asking for this. Of course, I'll get you a copy as soon as the talk is written (which may be a little while). What I've been interested in differentiating is the "holiness" thinking of Ezekiel and the "reverence" thinking of Isa 40-66. I think I'm on to something really cool and illuminating... --Steve
